If you follow me on !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! or !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! you might by now have noticed I've totally fallen for the Subaru BRZ. Like most people with an interest in cars I'd heard a lot about it but had never driven one (or a GT86).

Well now I have. I'll post up a review in a week or so but for now here is a graphic showing why the BRZ is such a fine sports car, and my video review.

Low grip tires are now a "feature" on a sports car?

They are on this one. It'd be no fun if it was front wheel drive but turn traction control off and it's sooooooo easy to slide. No fun in winter though. In wet or icy conditions it'll be like a labrador on a polished floor

I'll agree, low grip is definitely a feature here! The buyer can always put on bigger/stickier tires if that is their cup of tea.

I would say yes on this car since the idea is to make it fun on the street (specifically mountain/country/twisty roads) without going absurdly fast
